Gold at the edge rather than printed across the cloth – it catches the light around the perimeter and lifts a plain table without adding a pattern to match.

– A trim worked into the gather rather than stitched on top of it, so it travels with the edge instead of lifting at the first wash.
– Linen at 18 x 18 in (45.72 x 45.72 cm), the size that suits a formal wedding setting.
– Organic, eco-friendly, reusable and machine washable, with the ruffle stitched to survive laundering.
– White in stock, custom colours from 100 pieces, and a wider range spanning seven service sizes from 6 in cocktail to 22 in restaurant.
– Oeko-Tex 100 certified with a CE Declaration of Conformity on file.
– Light to ship at 0.6 kg in a 35 x 55 x 7 cm pack.
– Samples in one to three days for a current style, with OEM orders accepted.
The gold sits on the edge, and that is the whole design argument: a metallic trim around the perimeter catches light and raises the tone of a plain table without adding a pattern that then has to be reconciled with the china. It is worked into a hand-set ruffle rather than stitched over one, so the trim travels with the gather instead of sitting proud of it and lifting at the first wash. The cloth is linen at 18 x 18 in, 45.72 x 45.72 cm – the size that suits a formal wedding cover rather than a domestic table – and the range is organic, reusable and machine washable, certified to Oeko-Tex 100 with a CE Declaration of Conformity.

Bought for weddings and formal table decoration, for parties and for the home, and by venues that would rather deal with one supplier across a full service than buy each size from a different place. The 18 in square is the wedding cover; the same range runs from a 6 in cocktail napkin out to a 22 in restaurant size, so a banqueting team can standardise. White is held in stock and custom colours carry a 50-piece minimum, and a sample can be made from a piece you send if the point is to match something already in use.
– Wash cool, 30℃ or below, and turn the napkins so the gold edge faces inwards. Metallic thread is the first thing to dull.
– Wash the napkins from one table together, so the ruffle, the gold and the white age at the same rate.
– A mild liquid detergent, never powder. Powder collects in the gather of the ruffle and is hard to rinse out.
– No bleach and no optical brighteners, which dull a dyed linen and take the shine off gold thread in particular.
– No fabric softener. It coats the fibre and flattens the body that keeps the ruffle standing.
– Tumble dry low or line dry. High heat shrinks linen and pulls the gathered edge out of line.
– Press the cloth body on the reverse while slightly damp, and do not iron the ruffle or the gold – press those back into shape with your fingers.
– Shake the ruffle out while the napkin is still damp and let it dry that way. A ruffle dried flat stays flat.
– Store flat and loose rather than compressed, so the gathered edge is not crushed under a pile.
A sample is made from your own style, construction, dimension and fabric brief, or a counter sample can be produced from a piece you send, with a current sample ready in one to three days. Custom colour carries a 50-piece minimum. Allow about a month for runs up to 300 pieces and roughly six weeks from 301 to 500, with larger volumes scheduled individually. Units pack at 35 x 55 x 7 centimetres at 0.6 kilograms, OEM work is accepted, alongside Oeko-Tex 100 and CE documentation.
