We operate a 3000 sq.m production workshop plus a separate 1000 sq.m warehouse. This setup lets us handle custom small orders as smoothly as large bulk production runs. Our skilled R&D staff can move quickly on new product work. We can develop custom styles built around your exact requirements, often finishing the design within just three days. While your goods are being made, we send regular visual updates, either photos or short clips. You can follow along with every stage of production, so you stay informed and feel secure through the whole process.
The sizing is the first thing to understand: every cloth in this range is 140 cm across and only the length changes, running 100, 140, 180, 220 and 300 cm. That means a buyer picks the drop they need and the width stays put underneath them – and two cloths bought a year apart still line up, which a mixed-width range cannot promise. The finishing is oilproof rather than waterproof, and that is the correct specification for a dining cloth: what actually lands on a tablecloth is grease, from a sauce, a dressing or a serving spoon set down without thinking, and a finish that resists oil lets the mark lift with a wipe instead of spreading into the weave. The cloth is linen, woven and plain dyed, so there is no print to fade and no repeat to align, and linen carries the slight weight that keeps the cloth sitting on the table rather than sliding when a plate is moved across it.

Bought for the home, and for restaurants, hotels and event venues where the cloth has to be ordered to a measurement rather than approximated. The practical argument for standardising on one width is reordering: a venue that adds tables for a season can specify the same 140 cm cloth a year later and have the new pieces match the ones already in service, instead of discovering that the replacement run is five centimetres wider. It is cut rectangular as standard, so the lengths suit a dining table rather than a round one, and the same cloth works on a square table where the longer end is meant to overhang.
– A cold or warm machine wash, up to 40℃, then line dry. Linen is the one table cloth that improves with laundering instead of thinning out.
– Wipe a grease mark before washing it. The oilproof finish lifts fresh grease with a cloth, and a wipe costs nothing while a wash costs the evening.
– Wash one cloth at a time while it is new. A dyed linen releases a little loose colour in the first cycles, and it will find a lighter cloth in the drum.
– Skip bleach and optical brighteners. Both strip the finish that makes the cloth oilproof in the first place.
– No fabric softener. It coats the fibre and stops the cloth taking up a spill at all.
– Tumble dry low or line dry. High heat is what shrinks linen, and a shrunken tablecloth no longer fits the table it was cut for.
– Press while slightly damp if a formal setting wants a crisp edge; leave it relaxed for everyday use.
– Fold along a different line each time if the cloth lives in a drawer, so one crease does not become permanent.
– No dry cleaning needed. A cool wash handles what a tablecloth actually gets.
Measure the drop before anything else, because that is what goes wrong first – a cloth five centimetres short at one end looks wrong from the doorway and no finish hides it. For a dining table, work back from the length you want hanging at each end rather than from the tabletop size. Then choose the finish deliberately: oilproof is the right specification for food service, and it does not mean the cloth is watertight, so do not buy it expecting a spilled jug to be contained. Then choose the surface – a solid shade sits quietly under a busy china pattern, while the stripe version gives a plain table something to hold on to without introducing a print. Finally, if the cloth is for a venue that reorders, fix the width and the shade now and write both into the first purchase order.
