– Every ruffle is set by hand rather than by a folding attachment. The difference shows the first time the cloth is washed.
– Oeko-Tex 100 certified, on a cloth that sits directly under food.
– Monthly capacity of 100,000 pieces, so a Christmas order does not push a restock out of the schedule.
– Logos, artwork and packaging are each handled as their own customization step.
– Liaocheng Shanlian Textile has been manufacturing since 2018, running 3,400 m2 of floor space and 57 staff.
The ruffle is the whole design. A plain hemmed napkin reads as utility on a formal table, while an edge that has been gathered and stitched reads as dressy from across the room – and at 38 x 38 cm the proportion leaves enough cloth to fold or lay flat. It is made from linen, plain dyed, and the range runs past 300 stock colours so a shade can be matched to a tablecloth, a ribbon or an existing scheme. The same construction extends to placemats and coasters, which means a napkin, placemat and coaster three-piece set can be ordered together rather than assembled from three suppliers. Certified to Oeko-Tex 100.

Bought for Christmas and holiday dining, restaurant service and the home, and by buyers who would rather run one supplier than three. Random stock samples go out so the hand of the fabric can be judged before anyone commits to a dye lot. Australia, the United States and New Zealand are the largest markets for this line. A three-piece option covering all three formats can be ordered as one line, which suits a buyer dressing a whole Christmas table rather than topping up a single item – and a repeat placed later in the season still matches.
– A short, cool cycle is enough. Linen releases soil easily, and heat is the one thing it genuinely dislikes.
– Keep the first two washes to one shade family. A fresh dye lot always sheds a little colour, and it will find a lighter cloth.
– Leave bleach and brighteners out of it. They strip the dye and leave the fibre brittle.
– Line dry in the shade. Direct sun fades a deep shade faster than washing ever will.
– The gathered edge is the part to look after: reshape it by hand while the cloth is still damp and let it dry that way, and it holds.
– A warm iron on the reverse smooths the body of the napkin. Ironing the ruffle flat does not come back.
– Skip softener. The film it leaves stops the linen taking up a spill, which is half the reason to put linen on a table.
– Move the fold line if the napkins live in a drawer, so no single crease becomes permanent.
– In restaurant service these take the same routine weekly and keep the edge.
Orders start at 100 pieces. Customer logo and graphic design, customized packaging and graphic customization are all handled as separate steps, Production capacity runs to 100,000 pieces a month, and lead time is about 31 days up to 500 pieces and about 32 days from 501 to 2,000.
