– A two-sided build: 100% silk against the face, wear-resistant natural fibre at the back where the abrasion happens.
– Embroidered personalisation rather than printed, so a name or a logo does not crack or fade with washing.
– A zipper closure, which keeps a slippery silk case sitting on the pillow overnight.
– Anti-bacterial, anti-dust-mite, cooling and air-permeable finishing, for hotel, home and hospital use.
– Three stock shades plus custom colours and custom sizes, all produced to order.
– Samples in 1 to 3 days for a current style and 7 to 15 working days for a custom one, with OEM orders accepted.
Silk is bought for the sleeping surface, not for the label, and this case puts it where it is felt: the front face is 100% silk, while the back uses a wear-resistant natural fibre to take the abrasion that repeated washing applies. Silk lets hair and skin slide instead of dragging, which is the whole point – less frizz in the morning and no crease pressed into a cheek overnight. It is woven, plain dyed, and finished with anti-bacterial, anti-dust-mite, cooling and air-permeable properties. A zipper closure keeps a slippery case on the pillow overnight, where an envelope fold would let it work loose. The standard cut is 48 x 74 cm, with custom sizes and custom colours produced to order.

Bought as a gift and for personal use, and by hotels and hospitals that would rather see a guest’s or a patient’s name on the case than a room number. The personalisation is embroidered rather than printed, which matters on a fabric that moves: a stitched name
– Hand wash at 30℃ or below. This is the stated limit, and silk is unforgiving above it.
– Use a pH-neutral detergent made for silk or wool. Ordinary detergent is alkaline and dulls the fibre.
– Wash it alone or with other silks. Zips and hooks in a mixed load will snag the surface.
– Do not soak. Ten minutes is enough; silk loses strength the longer it stays wet.
– Press the water out inside a towel. Never wring or twist silk.
– Dry in the shade. Direct sun is what yellows and weakens silk, which is why the care note says keep it out of it.
– No tumble drying and no dry cleaning with standard solvents; both strip the fibre’s natural oils.
– Iron on the lowest setting, on the reverse, while slightly damp – never directly on the embroidery.
– Store flat or rolled rather than pressed on a hard crease, and keep it out of sunlight between uses.
Sewing a name onto a pillowcase is quoted per name or per logo, not absorbed into the unit price, so the cost of personalisation is visible before anything is confirmed. Minimum order 100 pieces; larger volumes are planned individually. Allow roughly a month in production. A sample of a current style is dispatched within one to three days, and a personalised sample within seven to fifteen working days. OEM work covers size, fabric, volume, design and packing.
