– Knitted polyester with a printed check: liquid beads on the surface rather than soaking through.
– Water and oil resistance comes from the weave, so it holds up after repeated washing.
– Two round sizes in stock: 140 x 180 cm for six seats, 140 x 200 cm for eight.
– Red for Christmas, gold for two-tone holiday displays.
– OEKO-TEX 100 certified fabric, wrinkle-resistant and foldable for off-season storage.
– 100 pieces upward; roughly 31 days for smaller runs and 50 days beyond 300 pieces.
– Unit cartons of 50 x 45 x 5 cm at about 3.2 kg keep freight calculations straightforward.
A round holiday cloth gets judged twice: once while it is dressing the table, and again when something is spilled on it. This one is knitted polyester with the check printed into the cut, and the water and oil resistance comes from the way the fabric is built rather than a spray applied on top – so it still works after the cloth has been through the machine. Liquid sits on the surface and lifts off with a rag, and the weave resists creasing, which means it can be folded flat between seasons and brought out without an iron.
| 140 x 180 cm | Six-seat round or small rectangular table |
| 140 x 200 cm | Eight settings |
| Shape | Round cut |
| Colours | Red (Christmas); gold (two-tone display) |
| Surface | Water and oil bead on the weave; wipe clean |
Bought by restaurants, hotels and retail programmes that need a linen surviving a full season of dinners rather than one December. Red is the core colourway for Christmas, gold is stocked for buyers building a two-tone display, and the fabric is certified to OEKO-TEX 100 for tables where food is served directly. Round cuts suit both six- and eight-seat settings.
– Wipe spills while they are still liquid; blotting beats scrubbing every time.
– Machine wash cold on a normal cycle – the water resistance survives washing.
– Skip bleach and fabric softener; both interfere with the surface finish.
– Tumble dry low, or hang; polyester dries within the hour.
– Fold rather than scrunch, and store flat so the printed check does not craze.
– Iron on the lowest setting if a crease is stubborn – high heat can mark the print.
– Keep away from hot serving dishes straight from the oven; use a trivet.
Made in our own mill, with custom sizes, colour matching and logo work handled in-house rather than brokered out. Cartons measure about fifty by forty-five by five centimetres at three point two kilograms, which keeps freight predictable, and production runs around a month for smaller orders and extends to roughly fifty days once a run passes three hundred pieces.
