Opt for a mild detergent when cleaning. Steer clear of chlorine bleach—it can break down cotton fibers and reduce the blanket’s lifespan. Fabric softener is totally optional; cotton naturally becomes softer with each use, so you won’t miss it. Wash in warm or cold water only—hot water is likely to cause shrinkage. If hand washing, gently squeeze to remove dirt (no rubbing, as this damages fibers). For machine washing, use the gentle cycle and skip the tumble dry setting.

2. Storage Tips

Fold the blanket neatly before storing it in a cool, dry space. Avoid compressing or squeezing it for long periods—this helps maintain its fluffy texture.
