Never use chlorine bleach on linen PJs—it’ll damage the natural linen fibers for good and ruin how the fabric feels. You don’t need fabric softener either; linen is naturally soft, and it just gets nicer the more you wear it, no extra stuff required. Pick a mild, gentle detergent instead—it cleans well without being harsh, protects the linen fibers, and keeps your PJs in good shape for ages.
Wash your linen pajamas only with room-temp water—don’t soak them in hot water. Skip unprofessional dry cleaning, and if you hand-wash, don’t scrub hard back and forth or the fabric will fray.
